Make Sure Your Certificate of Completion Shows Your Correct Name

Before Cisco Networking Academy issues the certificate of completion, check that the name in your profile is correct. The document uses the account details available when it is issued.

Verification steps

  1. Sign in to the official Cisco Networking Academy website.
  2. Open your personal profile.
  3. Carefully check the First Name and Last Name.
  4. If necessary, correct the details and save the profile before the certificate is issued.

Important: Asociația „Investește pentru Viitorul Tău” Buzău does not issue or modify Cisco certificates. The official Cisco platform decides whether an issued certificate can be corrected or regenerated.

If the certificate has already been issued or the saved correction does not appear, submit a request through Cisco Certificate Support.
